Privacy Policy
This policy describes verified data behavior for the release prepared as io.meeddev.vent.
1. Contact

2. Session content
Your emotional text, selected guide, language, intensity, context, and session history are processed in app memory during the active flow. In the current release configuration, the AI gateway URL is empty; responses use the on-device rule/content engine and no chat archive is written to persistent storage.
3. Optional gateway
If a VENT HTTPS gateway is enabled in a future build, text, context, session history, and selected country code may be transmitted to that server to generate a response. Before shipping such a build, this policy and the Google Play Data Safety form must be updated and server retention verified. Provider API keys are not embedded in the app.
4. Local storage and Premium Memory
The audited mobile release has no AsyncStorage, SecureStore, or database dependency. “Premium Memory” is a default-off in-memory model and is not wired to persistent device storage in the current app flow.
5. Accounts and SDKs
- No account creation, login, email/phone profile, or cloud sync.
- No payments, ads, analytics, Firebase, Supabase, or crash-reporting SDK.
- No location, camera, microphone, contacts, health, or remote-push use.
6. Support data, retention, and deletion
If you email us, your address and message are processed to resolve the request. Do not send unnecessary sensitive content. The current release has no online account or server chat archive to delete; leaving a session clears the in-memory flow. Email the privacy address to request deletion of a support message.
7. Safety
Any enabled remote endpoint must use HTTPS. VENT is not therapy, medical care, or a crisis line. Contact local emergency services if there is immediate danger.
Child safety and audience
This web disclosure does not identify child-directed targeting, knowingly requesting personal data from children, or anonymous/random chat for this app. The target audience, age rating, and Google Play Families declaration must be made by the developer to match the app's actual content and current release.
Google Play Data Safety alignment
This disclosure must be reviewed together with the app's current source, permissions, SDKs, and network behavior. If app behavior changes, this policy and the Play Console Data Safety declaration must be updated before release.
Account deletion
If this release has no account creation, an online account-deletion flow does not apply. If account creation is added, an accessible in-app and external path to delete the account and associated data must be provided before release.
